Where we use AI
Dear Arthur may use AI to help write lyrics, make music and vocals, personalise songs and answer support questions. The AI services we use may change as Dear Arthur develops.
Do not copy a real person
Do not ask for the voice or identity of a real artist, celebrity or anyone you know. Do not make it sound like a real person supports or recommends something. You can ask for a broad style such as energetic disco, warm country or cinematic anthem.
Is every song completely unique?
The song is made from your instructions, but no AI system can promise that every word, melody or musical detail has never appeared elsewhere. Laws about AI-made work are different around the world, so we cannot promise copyright or exclusive ownership everywhere.
Safety checks
Automated checks review song instructions before generation. Dear Arthur also checks the planned lyrics before the paid audio is created. Requests involving threats, stalking, hate, scams, impersonation, sexual harm, private contact details or targeted abuse may be blocked. Repeated unsafe attempts may temporarily stop further generation.
Safety systems can make mistakes. A blocked user can rewrite the details or contact us if they believe a request was misunderstood.
Support assistant
Ask Arthur currently provides guided help from an on-site knowledge base. It does not yet access orders, payments or private songs. When secure hub functions are connected, the interface will clearly disclose what information it can access and ask before taking meaningful actions.
Report a problem
Every recipient page includes a report link. A recipient report immediately takes the private song offline while Dear Arthur reviews it. You can also keep the private link and contact us.
