We aim to make Dear Arthur clear and easy to use. This includes keyboard controls, visible selection outlines, readable colours, useful labels, less movement when requested, and layouts that work on phones and computers.

Dear Arthur is built around audio. We are working towards useful text versions of important spoken content and controls that do not depend on sound alone. AI-made lyrics or written transcripts may contain mistakes and should be checked.

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers on phones and computers. You should be able to zoom, make browser text larger and use a keyboard. Other companies control some payment and audio features.

Some song previews and generated audio may not have full written transcripts yet. Ask Arthur also cannot securely find or change your private order yet. The support page clearly tells you when a feature is not connected.

If you cannot complete a task, tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology and what you were trying to do. We will offer a reasonable alternative where we can.
